About The Scheme

We work closely with local communities through our Outgrowers Scheme, helping farmers participate in sustainable aquaculture.

Through this program, farmers receive technical support, fingerlings, and guidance on cage fish farming, enabling them to improve productivity and household income.

We believe fish farming should not be a gamble — it should be a profitable and sustainable business.

How The Scheme Works

KAMOS Agro Fish Farm outgrower model is a structured partnership where we provide inputs, training, and market access to individuals (the “outgrowers”) who wish to become fish farmers or investors.

Our service ensures risk-free farming, guaranteed market access, and expert guidance for higher productivity. Whether you are a farmer looking for secured income or a business seeking a reliable supply chain, we create win-win partnerships.
We provide complete sets of cages and fingerlings for stocking, managed within our cages on the lake.

Our team provides training & support to the out-growers staff in all professional aspects, starting with the handling of the nursery cages, through with the handling of the grow-out cages and finally to the harvesting and marketing stages.
